What is truSculpt iD?

How does it work?
truSculpt iD uses innovative Monopolar RF -radio- technology to selectively target fat cells to heat and destroy them. After receiving a 15-minute treatment, the damaged fat cells are slowly broken down and eliminated from the treated area over a 12-week period. Patients see an average of 24% fat reduction from a single treatment session, but the number of required treatments will depend on the area treated and what you want for desired results. Post-procedure, the treated area will be warm and flushed for less than one hour by the lymphatic system. In the process, those fat cells are permanently destroyed. While results vary from person to person, most people see results within 4 to 6 weeks after their final treatment with results depending upon the number of treatments received, areas treated, and your lifestyle and diet.

Are there any side effects?
Most people who undergo truSculpt iD do not report significant side effects. There can also be bruising or skin irritation following the procedure, but this can be avoided by minimizing sun exposure and strenuous exercise the first 24 hours after the treatment. But overall the treatment is safe and effective for all varieties of skin and is FDA-cleared and is safe and effective in clinical studies.
